| Statement of Purpose: |
The Freedom Through Dance Foundation's mission is to transform the lives of those challenged by physical disabilities to find their own freedom of expression, and new levels of social interaction, through the art of ballroom dance. With over seven years experience teaching blind, deaf, and wheelchair-bound disabled students, Lindsey Dechant founded Freedom Through Dance Foundation (FTDF) in February 2013. FTDF students have competed and won in national ballroom dance events and have performed in showcases nationally. FTDF is a 501(c) (3) organization. |
