Navajo Street Art District is Denver's first official designated art district and has been active for over 20 years. The West 38th Avenue Merchants Association is a group of individuals and business owners that are organized for the improvement of commerce and community on West 38th Avenue from Fox Street to Sheridan Boulevard.
